The present general conditions of sale apply exclusively between the company Genkraft d.o.o (hereinafter “Nous”) and any person visiting or making a purchase via the site www.wildflower.com.hr (hereinafter ” website “)
We do our best to provide accurate information and to make updates to the information disseminated and we reserve the right to correct, at any time and without notice, the content.
However, the information available on the Website is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either implied or explicit, including but not limited to integrity, accuracy, timeliness, availability, reliability Or the completeness of the information, products, accessories appearing on the Website or their suitability for the use that the Purchaser intends to make of them. Essential oils are highly concentrated products that are excessively potent and can be dangerous if not used properly. For this reason you must read safety dana sheet or safety information letter before any use which are in the package of all our products. For therapeutic use, it is preferable and strongly advised to consult a doctor or pharmacist with aromatherapy skills.
3. PRICES
The prices indicated on the Site in Croatia are indicated in Euros with all taxes included except shipping costs. VAT applies to the Republic of Croatia. Prices are subject to variation during the year, it being understood that the products ordered are invoiced at the prices in force at the time of registration of the order.
The products remain the entire property of Genkraft d.o.o. until the complete withdrawal of the prize by Genkraft d.o.o..
4. PURCHASE ORDER PROCESS
You select the item (s) of your choice and add them to the shopping basket; You can at any time check the contents of your shopping cart, the corresponding price and make any necessary changes. You login (e-mail and password). If you are a new customer, you must create an account and identify yourself by entering a valid email address and a password (personal and confidential) which will be used later to identify you on the Site.
The provision of personal information necessary for the processing and delivery of orders is mandatory. When you click on the button “Send” your order is then processed by our Customer service. Upon registration of your order, a detailed estimate of your order will be sent back to you.
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our offers of products offered on the Site are valid only within the limit of the available stocks. In case of unavailability of the product after placing your order, we promise to inform you within 8 days and to indicate the waiting period for receipt of this product. If you wish, you can request cancellation (refund by check within 15 days) or exchange of your order by contacting our customer srvice by e- email. In case of unavailability of the product, we can send you a similar product of equivalent commercial value; If this product does not suit you, you may return it to us within 10 days and we will refund the product and return shipping costs.
3. PAYMENT
The payment of your purchases on the Site is carried out exclusively in Euros. Online payment by credit card is completely secure.
7. DELIVERY
Our sales and prices are from Drniš, 22320 in Croatia. The products are delivered in EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway, according to the address of your choice as indicated during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to provide us with all the details necessary for the proper routing of your order. You will be delivered at the latest within 10 working days after the validation of your order.
9. THE CONSUMER WARRANTY
You benefit from the legal guarantee of the hidden defects on the products delivered.
10. RESPONSIBILITY
The products offered comply with the Croatian legislation in force. Genkraft d.o.o. can not be held liable for non-performance of the contract concluded in case of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disturbance or strike total or partial especially postal services and means of transport and / or communications.
Genkraft d.o.o. will not be liable for any consequential damages resulting from the present, loss of use, loss of profit, loss of chance, damage or expenses. Orders for minors must be made through parental authority. In case of accidental collection of personal data relating to a minor, parental authority has the capacity to oppose their retention and / or transmission to third parties.
